You will inevitably reach a time where you need a little bit more strength or tone or flexibility to reach your Pole or Aerial goals …. and that is where our Pole Circuit classes come into play.
You’ll go through a variety of Body Conditioning Workouts and toning exercises which will give you an all over total body conditioning workout as well as a focused upper body conditioning workout to help with your strength and fitness for Pole and Aerial.
General sports wear is acceptable for conditioning classes and prepare to work HARD ! Class is short but the results are BIG.
